Website privacy policy

Only what you choose to type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, and a general message about what you are looking for. Nothing else is requested and nothing else is needed to reach me.

There is no client portal on this website and no intake form that accepts clinical detail. The site itself collects no protected health information.

Please treat the form the way you would treat an ordinary email. It is not encrypted end to end and it is not a HIPAA-secure channel. A sentence like "I would like to talk about grief" is fine. Diagnoses, medication lists, and detailed history are better saved for a session or a phone call at (831) 477-7007.

Messages from the form are delivered to my email inbox at lauriechristysessions@gmail.com. They are not written to a database on this website, and this site keeps no account records, no login, and no stored history of your visit.

If basic analytics are in use, they cover aggregate figures only, such as how many people opened a page. They are not used to build a profile of you.

This site uses no advertising pixels, no third-party ad trackers, and no session-replay or screen-recording tools. Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.

If you wrote to me and would rather I did not keep the message, just say so. Text or call (831) 477-7007, or email lauriechristysessions@gmail.com, and I will delete it from my inbox and confirm that it is done.

This website is written for adults and is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children through this site.
