Accessibility

• Semantic headings and page landmarks, so a screen reader can move through a page by structure rather than guesswork.
• Navigation that works from the keyboard alone, with a visible gold focus outline so you can always see where you are.
• Color contrast tested against the WCAG AA thresholds for text and headings.
• Text that reflows and scales when you zoom or enlarge type, without content being cut off.
• Alt text written for images that carry meaning.
• Motion that respects your system reduced-motion setting; with it on, content appears without animation, and the page reads fine with JavaScript unavailable.

The target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA. I hold that as a working standard rather than a claim of perfection. This is a solo practice and a small site, and accessibility here is an ongoing effort: when something is found to fall short, it gets fixed.
