Encouragement
Grief is a sign of life and love.
If you are grieving, nothing has gone wrong with you. Something mattered to you, and it still does.
“Grief is not a disease. Grief is a sign of life and love. Grief occurs because we feel, we love, and we care.”
Express, embrace, transform
Rather than trying to erase grief, I help you express, embrace and transform it. Grief is not a problem to be solved out of you. It is love with nowhere familiar to go, and it can be given somewhere to go.
Express
Out loud, on paper, in movement, in image, in voice. Grief that has no outlet turns inward. In session we make room for it — words when words come, and art, writing, drama, dance or sound when they do not.
Embrace
Not resignation. Simply ceasing to fight the fact of it. When you stop bracing against grief, it stops having to shout, and you get your attention back for the rest of your life.
Transform
Grief changes shape when it is witnessed. What was an unbearable weight becomes something you carry differently — still connected to who or what you loved, and no longer stopped by it.

You are not behind schedule.
There is no correct order to any of this.
Tears are not a setback; they are the work moving.
You may laugh, and it does not mean you have forgotten.
You are allowed to still be here, fully, in the life you have.

If you would like company in it
Grief is my primary specialty. We can begin with twenty quiet minutes and no commitment. And the aim is not only that the weight eases — it is that peace, joy and a sense of purpose become available to you again, in whatever language for that is your own.
